Shipping policy

We ship all orders via Royal Mail UK.
We offer three postage options:
- Free Shipping for Purchases under £5
- Royal Mail Tracked - £3.30
- Free shipping for all orders over £50
Current dispatch time is 3-5 working days, Royal Mail collect these orders the next working day after dispatch is confirmed, which you will be notified by via email, and work hard to get them delivered to you within the next 1 to 2 working days.
However, there are occasionally circumstances beyond our control that can cause delay to delivery dates. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.
Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
We are happy to try and arrange custom shipping, should you have specific requirements. Please do not hesitate to get in touch by emailing hello@ohlightning.co.uk before placing your order.
Free Local Pick Up
You can save on Shipping Fees by opting to pick up your order from Bellwoods Lifestyle Store in Whitley Bay. Orders are processed to standard shipping times and you will receive a notification via email when your order is ready to collect along with instructions.
International Delivery
We currently do not offer International Delivery. This is something we are working on resolving as soon as possible.
DISCLAIMER
We make every effort to ensure that every single order is safely and securely wrapped when posting to our customers with the hope that delivery couriers will take time and care to be mindful with our products.
In the event where an order is returned to us if the recipient was unable to receive it, we reserve the right to charge our standard shipping cost of £3.30 for the item to be redelivered.
We do not accept liability for incorrect delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address on the order.
We do not accept liability for orders not delivered for reasons beyond our control, such as a fire, flood or mechanical breakdown.
In the event that there is an issue with the delivery of your order – please email us as soon as possible at hello@ohlightning.co.uk with your order number and any photos. We address these on a case-by-case basis but try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
