Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Products should be returned in the original condition that it was received in, without damages, marks or defection in order to qualify for a full refund. Please email hello@ohlightning.co.uk with your order number to request a return.
As we are a small business, we are unable to afford return shipping costs and therefore are the duty of the customer. Refunds will be processed after the items are received and inspected.
Damaged, Faulty or Missing Items
In the unlikely case that your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@ohlightning.co.uk as soon as possible. If we are not contacted within 30 days of delivery, we will not be able to take responsibility for the damage. Extra care is taken to ensure that products are packed appropriately, but accidents can happen during transit.
Please allow up to 14 working days (UK) for your products to arrive after dispatch. If your product does not arrive after this period, please email with your order number so we can investigate this further.
